Cancellation Policy: When you apply through our online portal a place will be reserved for you and you will receive a confirmation email. The confirmation email will usually be sent within 48 hours. If you do not receive the confirmation email, please contact us at info@schematherapyscotland.com
If STS receives notification of a cancellation eight weeks or more before a workshop begins this will incur a £50 administration charge; receipt of cancellation four to eight weeks before the start of a workshop will incur a charge of 50% of the workshop fee. If fewer than four weeks’ notice is given the individual or funding organisation is liable for the full fee irrespective of the reason for which the individual is unable to attend. Please note that your place is not secured until we have received full payment. Fees are non-refundable once an invoice has been raised or payment has been made.
In exceptional circumstances we may at our discretion allow delegates to defer their place at a workshop to a future time. As deferment incurs additional expenses (such as booking fees for the venue, pre-ordered refreshments and handouts) we charge an additional fee of £50 to cover these costs. If the fee for the workshop that is attended is higher than the workshop originally booked we will charge the difference in price.
