ISST-Approved STISE hosted Schema Therapy Training & Certification Workshops offered online in October 2026!

This year’s Fall training will be super special as Daria Rakhubovska, Susan Simpson, and Eshkol Rafaeli will be joining Joan M Farrell and Dr. Peregrine Kavros.

Daria, in support of all of the Ukrainians who have trained through STISE, will be adding her gentle wisdom in a variety of ways to our training experience.

Susan will be talking about the concept of Pseudo Vulnerability, which often masks as the Vulnerable Child. This clinical dilemma can leave therapists working very hard in treatment, with the client feeling very supported but not really making the clinical strides they could in order to modify the course of their life.

Eshkol Rafaeli will be sharing an approach that he and his team use to consolidate Schema Therapy into the briefest of clinical presentations; an approach that is tremendously useful with Axis I disorders.

Lastly, Joan Farrell will spend an entire day on the clinical treatments that have been proven effective in improving symptoms associated with Borderline Personality Disorder.

Dr. Kavros keeps the groups that she works with small, offering a balance of lecture and experiential experiences in breakout rooms.
