The Small Print
Workshop bookings must be received at least 5 working days before workshops begin and your place is not guaranteed until payment is received. Cancellation Policy: For cancellations: Up to 40 working days in advance, payment will be refunded, minus a £50 administration fee (or £60 per workshop for invoiced payments requiring purchase order number). At less than 40 working days’ notice, there will be a refund of 50% of the fee. No refunds will be made under 28 working days prior to the commencement of the event. However, workshop positions are transferable to another person.
Given that there are a limited number of places on our courses, we are unfortunately unable to offer a fee reduction or deferment of your place to a later date if you are unable to attend at short notice. In exceptional circumstances we may at our discretion permit workshop participants to defer their place at a workshop to a future workshop. If the fee for the workshop that is attended is higher than the one originally booked we will also charge the difference.
Fees are non-refundable once invoice has been raised or payment has been made. Requesting an invoice represents a commitment to pay the fee and attend the workshop.
